been away for a lil while.... (okie, its a FEW months..) as told, i'm a proscatination queen... if i can get that matter settled later, i will..

have landed my cute lil feet on the soil of beloved malaysia since last month.. (i'm back for good ppl~!!!) take me out for yum cha~~~~!!! DATE me~!!!! *ehem* *breathe in and out*

i'm currently on track with my big schedule... taking up my CLP course. this is in compliance of my agreement with my finance minister a.k.a my dad. yeah, i'm still a student~ *clap clap* probably my last year of being a student (provided i passed the exam but CHOIIIII, i wanna pass the exam)

current relationship status?? still single... am still searching for the 'him'..

been living a typical student life now, except for the meal part... couldnt find anyone to eat wit me.. coz all my coursemates are staying super, damn far away frm me. can imagine the next half year, i'll be dining wit the laptop or the air around me. its either this or tht. my housemates?? nah... they're all working.

*sigh* guess tis is probably gonna b my life for the next half year... tidur the whole weekdays, attend class and prob go shop around. tats the kl life...

been wondering if 'versatiling' this blog will help me to maintain it... i do hope i'll be able to keep a passion if i really add some food recipe in it~=D

my passion for cooking has and is developing since i landed my foots on this foreign land... from the first dishes to the first baking... no turning back since then. i've earned quite a lot of recipes under my sleeves now. =)

well, for the virgin entry, i'll like to present ' the super chocolate BROWNIES'~~ (mind you it is really chocolate-y)

this brownies is really easy to make and it will absolutely satisfy the sweet tooth and cravings that you had for choc~~

this recipe yields for 20 brownies. (adopted from BBC Food)

140g Dark Chocolate
225g Butter
5 Large Eggs
450g Caster Sugar
110g Plain Flour
55g Cocoa Powder

1. Preheat oven to 190 C. Line a medium square cake tin with baking parchment.
2. Combine the sugar and the butter in a heavy based pan and melt it gently with a low fire.
3. When the butter has melted, remove from the heat immediately and add in the rest of the ingrediants.
4. When the ingrediants has mixed in well, pour the batter into the tin and pop it into the oven for 30 - 40 minutes.
5. When it is done, the top of the brownies should be firm but soft inside. You may want to ensure that it is thoroughly cooked by picking it with a toothpick. The toothpick shall come out clean.
6. Leave the brownies to cool in the tin. Cut it into small squares when cool.

ただいま~!!

i'm back after a long pause from blogging. (okie, blame it on my proscatination....) but hey, i'm really busy with valid reason~

i hv just finished moving, from my 8 months studio to a shared apartment~ hectic moving days...
i've also been back from a weekend trip from Blackpool... enjoyable~~
have also attended the law graduate congretion... (it is then i just realised it has been a year already since mine.)

currently having a lot on my mind.... things that are in and out of my control.... i know i'll jz hav to let go with the one that is out of my control but, inevitably i'll still hav part of my concern on it... control freak huh??

neway, gotta start up with my dissertation... am so lucky to be able to proceed while many of my counterparts are not able to...

i'm back~~ after all the absences due to flights, trains and busy schedule~

malaysia, is hot... back to uk, no better than malaysia.... hot, sunny, humid.....and even worse, the temperature is utturly absurd in the night time... hot in the day, cold in the nite....

with all this stupid weather change, i'm getting sickkkkkk......
a really inconvenient time to fall sick, with all the moving stuff, dissertation.... i'm so dead.....

ok, its 10 days since my last update...
my fault~~ the holiday @ break @ curi tulang is much more interesting than updating my blog~ =p
finished my assignment'S' last friday and since then i am free like a bird... ok. exaggerating..
but, at least i am bound to no obligations for the current moment...
my mum is saying that i am much more diligent now compared to my college days and secondary days... am i??? tats, at least is a good thing (or bad thing?) mature? or menjadi semakin tua? hrm...... at least i'm still young in heart~ =D still grooving to the beat~ still watching shows like little kids, still laughing and joking with no worries, still falling in love with toys~ ( chicky meal? mcd's kid meal) =p
less than one more month before me going back to UK... well, the last time coz the next time i'm back, i will be back for good~! can;t wait for it... 2++ years in UK, tats more than enough.. been missing home (though i come back every quater year?) been missing malaysian food ( though i never eat when i'm back?) {well, i do live an ironic life~~ =p}
looking forward for my besties to get back~ =D

okie, first post for the new blog.... (the one before this is just a sample, u knw 'testing testing 1,2,3...'?)

i have a couple of blogs which i eventually abandon after a decent period...
the reason : 1st, couldn't really put down my thoughts.. (tats irooooooooooonic coz i studied law, where every law student is expected to posses a handful of writing skill)
2nd, extending the first reason, i'm not a creative writer. i usually copy and paste a piece of work, hoping getting a good response from it, which, usually failed me...
3rd, couldn't gather myself to put down words. i complained that i couldn't put down my thoughts, or even not a creative writer. but when i have the thoughts, proscatination just got me~ an ironic life huh? =p

okie okie, i admit that i'm jz escaping from the reality... the reality of me being a big lazy worm, the reality of me appreciating the variety shows rather than jotting down my thoughts, the reality of errrr... me doing everything 'hangat hangat tahi ayam'?

so new resolutions.
resolution 1, i will and i shall update more frequently
resolution 2, be a creative writer??
resolution 3, try not to blog only in english but chinese? hehe (chris will cekik me wit tis~ =p)
resolution 4, no proscatination but only diligent~
